Healthcare Volunteer Uganda

At HVU, we believe everyone was born special and equal. Though the world may overlook and undervalue us, we are never forgotten by God.

Help Us Build a Home for Volunteers

Help us build a safe and comfortable home for volunteers making a difference in Uganda. Our 12-room Guest House facility project in Kassanda will be a welcoming base for local and international volunteers serving our communities.

Our Goal: $170,000

Featured Project

Building a Sustainable Future

Our 12 room guesthouse project will provide comfortable accommodation for international volunteers, ensuring long-term sustainability for HVU's programs and the local community.

This initiative strengthens our capacity to host more volunteers, fostering deeper connections and broader impact in Kiddukulu village.

Detailed 12 Room Facility Plans

Healthcare Volunteer Uganda (HVU) is a not-for-profit community-based organization in Kassanda District, Uganda, registered as CBO No. CD.223/0878/11. We have hosted volunteers since May 2010.

To solve our biggest challenge since 2010 - lack of safe volunteer accommodation - we plan to construct a modest 12-roomed guest house.

The 12 rooms = 10 volunteer bedrooms (2 volunteers per room) + 1 dining room + 1 sitting room.
